Terms and Conditions

1. It is a condition of sale that title to the goods listed shall not pass to the purchaser until payment in full has been received and that all goods on hand up to the value of the balance due to Handle Kingdom Ltd will be deemed to be the property of Handle Kingdom Ltd.

2. Quotation will be prices ruling on day of dispatch.

3. Shortage and damages must be reported within 2 working days of date of receipt of goods as shown on the accepted delivery note.

4. Product liability - No liability can be assumed for:

• Improper installation or failure to follow fitting instructions.

• Improper maintenance or unfair wear and tear.

• Indirect or consequential loss or damage.

• Cost of removal and/or replacement.

• Cost of freight and/or travelling expenses.

• Some finishes are classed as soft finishes and can deteriorate under certain climatic conditions. Finishes are not unconditionally guaranteed and advice should be sought from one of our representatives.

5. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If the item is not as described or faulty when you receive it we will replace if for you without any additional charge.
Refund items should be sent back as the same condition as they were received. Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 7 days. All original packaging should be attached.

It may take upto 7 business working days to process your return after we receive your product. We will NOT refund on goods NOT received.
Please contact us to request a return authorisation. Please include your name, transaction number, and reason for return in the email.

If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyers expense plus 20% repackaging fee. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges under any circumstance. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. In this case, Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
